Math
We have been working on place value, skip counting, number patterns and basic addition. As well we continue to do math strings as a whole class on a regular basis. This is where we work as a team to solve math equations or we go around a circle and do skip counting or addition/subtraction questions. An example would be begin with 8, add 11 to it, and each student would add 11 to the previous number. Then we look for number patterns and discuss different ways we were able to add 11 so quickly/easily.
